Kalani, thou art the man. Or more descriptively, Kalani, thou art "Bob"

As a few of you surmised, the case study was an analogy to our current football head coach situation we are painfully enduring. The "Bob" situation was indeed a true painful experience. I didn't wait 4 quarters as listed to do what was necessary - Fire Bob's rear, but it did have to be done. And it was done.
Now, the vast majority of those that opined to the case study said the same thing - "fire the dolt".
So why, if I should fire Bob - Why, after EIGHT YEARS of ZERO coaching improvement at the head coach level, do we still hang onto a woefully underpowered, underperforming head coach? (Yes, yes, 2020 was the pinacle of football beauty and dominance over 12 of the 22 rag-tag high schools that actually fielded football teams that year and practiced about 2 hours per week. Sometimes.)
Honestly, does anyone believe there is sufficient head coaching mental horsepower in our current area of discussion for that individual to be successful in leading a program or getting the wins needed? Let's name a college coach we believe has less grasp of football head coaching.
Kalani is galaxies away from being even a mediocre head coach.
Don't get me wrong, I say this with conviction - Kalani is a fantastic, great, great guy.
