Utah County has 9 public golf courses and 2 Private, soon to be 3 with the addition of Three Bridges. Most of these courses are pretty good tracks, however, they are so busy that they get beat up from being played so much. I find it interesting that with all of the growth in the valley over the last 20 years, only Sleepy Ridge (2009) has opened during this time. Cedar Hills opened in 2003 and Thanksgiving Point in 1995. Cascade in Orem was shut down in 2013.

The South end of the valley desperately needs another solid course to ease the traffic at Gladstan and Spanish Oaks. Orem/Provo also needs another course but where do you build it? For the fellow golfers on the board, where would you prefer to see another course built in Utah County?
