Do we have the top recruiting class in the B12? With Egor not rated, and Keita

not being re-ranked as a transfer (in 247sports), if they get rated then I could see it happening.

Once Egor is rated, yes we will have the top 2024 recruiting class (not including transfers) in the Big12.
