As exciting as this season’s on-court results have been, perhaps even more exciting is the intentional way KY is laying the groundwork for sustained success. Some of the short term results:

* NIL donor base energized by KY and his dynamic vision for the program

* Facility upgrades with pro technology & equipment

* Staff upgrades that are becoming the model for how to run an elite NCAA MBB program

* Pro-style nutrition program

* Pro-style metrics and statistical analysis

* Pro-style player development

* Significant upgrades to recruiting with a dedicated staff led by domestic & international scouting experts

* Significant roster upgrades

* Significant coaching upgrades

* Pro-style offensive concepts

And so on. And all of this while maintaining BYU’s unique character and mission. This is a historic shift for MBB at BYU, and KY is the catalyst.
