If you're looking for a new show to stream - this is a good one. HCBW and I are burning through the episodes and just finished S2. There's hardly a poor episode so far.

Very well written and acted - it's a simple premise, but done so well. Laugh-out-loud funny, with some human elements as well... but doesn't get too full of itself. Lightly covers topics of race, public education, work culture and relationships, but doesn't hit you over the head with them either.
