Interesting tweet, what sticks out to you?
Mine is that there are 8 foreigners out of the 10 best in the NBA. Only Tatum and AD, although KAT played for the Dominican Republic he was also born in New Jersey. The top 5 are all foreign born players.
One reason that basketball is better today (you may not like it as well, but players are more skilled than ever) than it was in the 90's. You are getting talent from areas you didn't back then.
