Texas non-targeting hit on ASU late in the game. I think under the rules it
have been called.
HOWEVER, that part of the rule should change. The TX defender was face up and his facemask hit first…that should never be targeting even if the first contact is above the shoulders. Facemask first is very different than crown first.
