Changes that have massively helped BYU
In no particular order:
Big12 membership
Shane Reese
NIL and donors willing to commit big $$$
Kalani and his program approach
$$$ to hire and keep good coaches
Transfer portal (I didn't think this would be a good thing for BYU, but I was way wrong)
Utah imploding from the fans, players, coaches, AD
KY and his recruits (I see the bball energy spilling over to football and also players seeing the amount of NIL that BYU has to offer)
Fan base that loves and supports the program
What am I missing?
