a hard nose coach and seems to be very player friendly. Many (including myself) have harped on this in the past wanting a disciplinarian coach.
But in this age where players want their $$$, I think they also want to feel valued, appreciated, and to some degree loved. Kalani provides that.
Of course the main factor is going to be $$$$, but maybe the environment that Kalani has fostered will be the deciding factor when the NIL $$$$ is close between schools.
