I like 247 for HS recruiting, but I think ON3 takes a better more in-depth approach to the transfer portal. BYU is ranked 24th in the Nation at ON3. Utah is 54. It looks like ON3's approach is more of a net ranking that takes into account what you lose along with what you gain. I actually like their approach rather than just judging your transfer class based on just what you bring in.
