Annual reminder: If you’re a boss
And are forcing your employees to come in today then you’re a terrible boss.
Exceptions that should go w/o saying: Hospitality, medical, first responders etc.
Otherwise you don’t NEED your underlings to come in today. The lack of productivity forcing them to come in isn’t worth it.
