You've literally been developing a program up there in which you print and post expensive locker room mantras that remind kids to not steal, not do drugs, not drive drunk, or mistreat the opposite sex as "core values" and you're surprised when some of these kids don't exactly feel anchored enough in your "VALUE SYSTEM" to stick around and maybe learn the next level of decent human conduct, like not dropkicking puppies, shoving old ladies, or stealing Halloween candy from kids.
