I know I know, it was a great year. And I’m happy with it. But I don’t know if I’ll ever get over the fact that we were oh so close to being in the inaugural 12 team CFP. We were < a foot away from being 12-0. 8-10 inches away or even less from the ball missing Evan Johnson’s helmet and soaring into the end zone for a touchback. 2-5 inches away from Jake connecting with JoJo to walk in for 6. Even if we get one of those we are in the CCG against Iowa St which I think we’d win. Then we’d be in the fiesta bowl. So frustrating but hey, you can’t expect all the bounces to go your way. Great season but could’ve been better
