My dog marked a part of my carpet and I can't get the smell out. Help!

I've tried nature's miracle, several carpet cleaners, shop vac etc. Nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions? I really need this smell gone!

We have had good luck with "Kids N' Pets" enzyme cleaner.

Drop a Betos burrito on the carpet and rub it in. Won’t smell like pee anymore.
