The owner, Christian Becker grew up in Germany and is an anesthesiologist at Mtn View hospital in Idaho Falls who got into chocolate making. His chocolate is as smooth as anything I’ve tasted. I don’t care as much for some of their white chocolate confectioneries, but his milk and dark bars are legit. High cocoa solid content and premium ingredients. It’s not cheap, but it’s very good quality.
