I dropped my phone while sitting at a table. It's now a brick. New phone for me.
It's a samsung note, has been charging for an hour, it's no longer responding to holding down buttons to reset.
No cracked screen, no outer damage at all.
And T-mobile wont' let me log into my account without responding to a text message or using Face ID on my phone.
