Thoughts on why Cam Rising hasn't entered the portal yet? My best guess is that Utah is putting together a good NIL
package for him.
There is no doubt that Cam being in their qb stable makes their stable better than it is... so they obviously want him (even if it's with the expectation of him being 2nd or 3rd string), the question is are they willing to pay enough to keep him?
