I have very little experience. Now in my mid-30’s I’ve been to a range probably 5 times in my life and on an actual course just a couple times. But I do have a few friends that have been trying to convince me get started and I’ve always been interested but not had the time. Now the kids are all in school and I’m going to get a set of clubs and learn to golf.

What set should I buy? Do I need to worry about my height or anything like that (I’m 6’1”). I can afford to buy a decent set but also don’t want to over-invest since I really don’t know yet whether I will become an avid golfer.
