CB seems to always surprise me with great responses to inquiries. Thought I’d try running this by the board to see if anything might come up. I’m a partner in my business, looking to purchase most of my other partner’s shares. Coming up with funds personally, and institutional lending, but looking to close the gap privately. I’m just not connected to that world. I’ve reached out to some of my financial advisor friends, but that has not led me anywhere thus far. Does anyone have any tips or leads on contacts connected to private lending/investors? For what it’s worth business is debt free, roc solid financials, but A/R is tied up in a line of credit we don’t use except for emergency purposes. Also, selling partner prefers to keep this all outside the business. Hence, I’m trying to come up with all the funds personally. I am willing to stake equity in the entity as collateral.
