I’ve always had relatively few dental issues. I did not have my wisdom teeth out
until age 62.

Yesterday, my one and only crown came off while eating; glad I did not swallow it. I went in to get it put back on and they also discovered a back tooth with a nasty cavity close to the root and jawbone. It would have been a nasty process to fix the cavity and included a root canal (never had one) so we opted for tooth removal and replacement. Tooth was removed and bone graft done yesterday. In four months a post will be put in and four months after that, the new tooth. What a process. I hope this is it for a while and I don’t end up being a grandpa shark.
