teams out there that have already done this kind of thing or is this unique to BYU?

I don't know a lot about other teams so I'm just trying to educate myself a little bit about this topic.

Just wondering if KY is kind of pioneering something here that other teams may start following. Or if this really isn't anything uncommon.
