My perception from the cheap seats is that he kept the team's focus and intensity up this season better than any previous year. So long as Sitake has a disciplined, tough OC and/or DC and some assistants with that approach (think Poppinga and Wood), he can continue to be successful and be a LaVell type CEO HC. If Jay leaves and gets replaced with a softer DC and assistants, I will start worrying again. It has been a good ride this season, and it appears Sitake has figured out the coaching formula for success given his attributes as an HC.
