And there is yet another Akana, Kaue Akana, a WR out of Orem for the class of '26 that BYU is currently recruiting that is a high 3* recruit rn, but could very well be a 4* before next seasons starts, and I'm pretty sure is cousins with Tausili... so would be cool to get any of these Akana's.

Then, this is just total speculation here, but I noticed all of Utah's committed players have signed ...except for one. Max Fonoimoana, a high 3* LB out of Hawaii. LDS kid and does not appear to have officially signed his NLI.

Max also has a brother, Brock, who was a highly rated 4* safety that just so happens to be getting off a mission soon that also committed to Utah before leaving on his mission. Im hoping his older bro has seen the light while on his mission, and trying to save his brother from making the biggest mistake of his life, haha (TIC). Anyway, these bros would be awesome for Jay's defense for years to come if my complete speculation came true.
