Not a chance in my opinion. I feel like the best you can argue is that BYU might be 1 or maybe 2 spots higher if they had RUTS but I'm not even convinced of that. They were already #6 in the country before the embarrassing Kansas loss.
I really don't feel like RUTS would do much for BYU. What matters more is not losing to bad teams
