Sagarin ranks the Big XII second in conference strength, just behind the SEC. With the Big XII's 9-game conference schedule (as opposed to the SEC playing cupcakes in week 13) AND the Big XII requirement for one P4 OOC game, AND the absence of perennial conference doormats like Kentucky or Vanderbilt...is there an argument that the Big XII is actually better, top to bottom, than the SEC? And they're scared because they know that?
