A great amount of bias.
How much honestly do they or are they supposed to look at how computers and stats rate these teams?
Like, I would love to compare all 10-2 teams with the following:
1. SOS
2. Tier wins like bball (tier 1-4)
3. Tier losses like bball (1-4)
Winning with style points seems to be ridiculous. Thinking sec is just so much tougher seems to be ridiculous.
The human element will always be biased against n these rankings or in seeding a tournament like the big dance.
It’s just frustrating to me that teams like Tulane were ranked so high with 2 losses because the big 12 has so much parity in it, but there is also parity in the sec and big 10.
A 10-2 Miami team is not better than a 10-2 byu team just because the acc seems better.
Byu beat SMU. Games should matter whether they are in September or November, but in college football and basketball, it really doesn’t matter as long as you barely hold serve and then get hot.
There is so much flaw and bias and don’t think much can happen to fix it because of the bias of P2.
There is no doubt a MWC team has an easier path to the playoff than any big 12 team.
No g5 team should have a bye in a playoff system. They should defiantly have access to playoffs but no bye.
I think the parity is big enough that BSU can make it far. They are just like asu.
