1. Only reason Casey Clinger stuck around for another season was to win a national championship in Cross-Country. He didn’t win one in high school at American Fork, and he was on his mission when BYU won it all in 2019.
2. At NCAAs Creed had to pee really bad at the starting line. He ends up peeing himself just moments before the gun went off.
3. He and Davin ran around 65 miles a week this season while doing 5-6 hours of cross-training. They both have had pubic stress fractures they’ve had to manage. Casey Clinger and Joey Nokes were running 100-105 miles a week.
4. Creed is out of cross-country eligibility but has three years of track eligibility left. He may end up running a marathon next fall.
