It would be a huge joke if they don’t drop out of playoff position.

The precedent has been that teams drop at least five or six spots with a loss. To unranked teams at home, it should be a bigger drop.

And I think the Committee will drop them out. If only because it would be very easy to put them in a situation where they’re in the playoffs with a CCG win, and they don’t need to “punish” them if they lose the CCG game (but we’re out to begin with). It simplifies their process if the Dawgs are out of playoff position.
