Doing a Capon instead of turkey along with Traeger pork ribs
Capon was in a citrus brine overnight. Oven baking with some citrus zest along with fresh thyme and sage

Ribs have a brown sugar bourbon dry rub on them and they’re in the smoker.

Any of u making other non turkey meats?
