One with an Oreo-hot fudge crust, layered with hot fudge and Oreo ice cream.

The other is a biscoff cookie and cookie butter crust, layered with vanilla ice cream, cookie butter, and crushed biscoff.

Not a huge pie person, so this is my way to basically just eat ice cream in the shape of pie.
