While it's to late for today and my basic one will have to do,, but for the future,what's the best meat thermometer?
I don't have a smoker. Haven't gotten one yet because I can't trust that I will dedicate time to the craft.
Regardless, I really need a good wireless thermometer, even for the oven at times. I hate having to pull stuff out while I measure and wait forever for the needle to move...all while the meat is cooling. Are there thermometer you just set the probe at the beginning and monitor the rise of temp?
