The water district sent a representative out because this last rain, since the repair, is washing mud and water under our French drain and creating a mess while appearing to be undercutting our pavers. The water district representative said that the water main break apparently created tunnels for the water to flow that are under our property. They gave me a number to call risk management but suggested I need to have an estimate of repairs before sending in the request. What type of engineer or contractor is best for the bid and to do the work?
