It's no wonder people are cutting the cord. The TV on the wall showed Brooklyn 99 in weird colors (broken), and the connected soundbar had a one-second delay. They also hadn't turned off motion smoothing, so the entire experience was just off-putting.
Luckily 98% of the store had been turned into a boost mobile.. (but branded Xfinity).
For a company that goes to extreme lengths to keep people from leaving, it sure didn't seem like they were a TV, Internet or security company.
