We're planning on trying sous vide turkey for the first time. We've done steaks, chicken breasts via sous vide many times with great success. Now we're looking to take the leap for Thanksgiving turkey.

I was little surprised at how long the guy in the video talked about cooking it (12-24 hours).

Any thoughts about doing turkey via sous vide?
