Basically I ranked every team with 0, 1 or 2 losses and every 3 loss P4 team based on record, Sagarin Rating & Sagarin SOS. I included their number of true road games as a sort of tie breaker if needed. There are 30 teams total included in my rankings based on this criteria. This is how I ranked them:
