Assuming they can take care of business vs Arizona, this should be a huge boost to recruiting and I expect ASU to be able to take off and become a consistent Big 12 and playoff contender. They are in a great situation with boosters, party school (for those that want that), USC & UCLA sucking in the Big 10, etc and it appears that they may have found a great coach as well.

To move forward, the Big 12 really needs a couple of teams to become great and separate themselves from the rest of the conference. Right now, Colorado and ASU seem best positioned to do that.
