I think Jay will probably take the USU job if it's offered. At his age he needs
to make a move now if he still has ambitions to lead a major program.
USU isn't the easiest place to win, but there is precedent for using it as a springboard.
I wonder if we'd stay in house and promote Ena to replace him.
