State of Utah salaries data base says USU head coach (Anderson) was only making
…between $500-700k/yr salary during his time there, with a benefits package adding about $250-$300k/yr on top of that for a total of $750-$1m/yr.

…Pretty sure Hill is making that ballpark currently and I’ll guarantee he gets a significant bump above what USU can pay him (my guess $1.5M+/yr incoming post this season, assuming he stays) for less stress, significantly more program resources as well as Sundays off

G5’s are the new JUCOs as well with a constant revolving door of talent leaving for greener pastures (also happens in lower tier P4s as well, but not to the same extent as they still have more resources)

I really can’t see Hill taking that job. I’d be floored if he did
