Serious question for watching a game in 20 degree weather
How bad is it?
I am in Provo for another reason this weekend anyway. So, I will probably get tickets to the game.
I was there last year for the Iowa State slip-and-slide fest and that was miserable but that was only 40 degrees.

Dress right and it’s totally fine. I wasn’t cold at all last game.

Lots of layers. If it's dry, you are fine

Layers and have those heat packs in your gloves. Makes a big difference

Not just gloves, but put them in your shoes as well. I was more than warm the entire Kansas game.

Been to two games where the air temp at kickoff was below 0 (-20s wind chill)

Get a seat cushion to insulate from the cold bench or seat.
