Utah State is expected to name a new head coach in the next week.

Sources indicate they are down to four finalists. BYU DC Jay Hill is one of them. A current Mountain West head coach is another finalist and at least one more MW HC interviewed for the job.

He tried to get several MWC before and was turned down. Came to BYU for more exposure. Sans health, he takes a MWC job

He has been great. Just worry about the internal hire. Not sure the D has truly created a sustainable culture in 2 years
