Retz is who we thought he was at the beginning of the year. He makes plays, but
he also has critical flaws. It’s unfortunate how those flaws manifested themselves the last 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it probably shouldn’t be too surprising. Is the good enough to make up for the bad? That’s debatable, most of the season it was. He’s the QB next year, and he’ll probably improve a bit, but he’ll probably be very similar.

That’s not how most on here viewed him. Many thought he was terrible and were sure we’d be doomed if he started.
