We don't need Utah to win tomorrow for us to clinch a spot in the Big12 conference championship game. We just need to beat Arizona State tomorrow and Houston at home next week then we are in. We control our own destiny and just need to take care of business. It doesn't matter what anyone else does if we win out. And, honestly, if we can't beat ASU tomorrow, I don't know if we deserve to be in the CCG. I don't want to backdoor our way into a CCG like Utah did. I want us to win out and earn it outright without all the "what if's" and complicated matchup craziness that it would take to get us in.

We don't ever want Utah to win. A victory for them tomorrow at home against a ranked team would give them a feather in their cap this season and a chance for a bowl game this year. That would all help with their recruiting. We want them to go 4-8. We want their recruiting pitch of trying to talk crap about BYU and all their success to be hollow. We want to take away any of those recruiting advantages that we can. Never cheer for a Utah victory.
