LinkedIn provides some of the best unintentional comedy I ever come across. It’s almost akin to the Babylon bee…
Among the usual favorites are the classic departure from company after 2.5 long but wonderful years posts.

“It’s with both joy and sadness that I’m announcing a new chapter in my life. These last 2.5 years have been such an incredible journey, full of growth and significant learning opportunities. I’ve worked with some of the best leaders anyone can ask for. Although I’ll loved my time here, I’m looking forward to another amazing 1-3 years at my next stop before looking for another job at which point I’ll post another thank you company post before moving on so everyone knows that I loved the company so much I only stayed for 1-3 years.”

I don’t know what the minimum number of years with a company is required for one of these posts but for me it feels like around 10 yrs or longer but thankfully we have a world full of “super grateful” for their 14 months at the company people to give us some great LinkedIn comedy.
