BYU has a good resume, they haven't been as efficient as others. Take the 2 factors below and average them and BYU is 13.5, which is right where they are ranked. BYU has tanked in their efficiency over the last few games and with teams playing all different kinds of schedules, you need to probably take how you play, who you played and and who you beat/lost to into account. There are teams that are out of place in the rankings, but I don't think BYU is one of them. Purely on strength of record, they are stronger, but I think the reservations with BYU are fair. BYU has to play better, more consistently.

Everything is in their control. Win and your in, lose and your out. That is not something we could have said before.
