ND should be penalized for not having to compete in conference championship game

Conferences, (specifically ACC BIG12 and MWC are going to be penalized for championship losses)are going to have to reconsider the benefits of having conference championships in the playoff era. Spare me the NCAa mandates championships game. They have no power anymore
