39. Ryder Robinson, UTL (TCU to BYU)

This is an upside pick in the Top 50, but few more players in this grouping are as naturally talented as the second-year infielder. Robinson headed to TCU with very high acclaim last fall, but injuries and such caused him to have a very small role for the Frogs. Now, Robinson heads to the higher altitude of Provo, Utah, to try his hand with BYU. Robinson has all the tools necessary to have a massive breakout campaign.
