A builder next door started digging and knocked out power to our neighborhood
since 4:30. Rocky Mountain Power has a crew out there trying to figure out how to restore it.
Not the best way to introduce yourself to the neighborhood!
And this new house is going to be much closer to my property than I'd hoped.
