The SEC has decided to interpret the substitution rule as 3 seconds for the D

To get off the field. It’s a start to clean up the bad use of the rule.

For everyone wondering or looking for more clarity on 12-man penalty called on Tennessee.

Here’s what I saw, and heard, as I was photographing that series from behind Heupel and official
