Utah has been losing games, but losing close contests late, and their defense was great all season. Today, Colorado scored the most points (49) that Utah had allowed in a decade.

BYU players are saying they had a bad week of practice and lacked focus. We gave a moribund performance and dropped a game that was extremely winnable.

The rivalry game should be at the end of the season. Both schools should want that.
