When Morgan Scalley eventually takes over, Utah needs an elite OC & preferably 1 that can serve as an additional mentor to Scalley. If Dan Mullen is still doing TV, can $2-3 million & his ties to Scalley bring him back to Utah as OC ? The program needs an extreme offensive jolt.
